• Chef Victoriano López Collaboration, August 14–16: Executive Chef of La Mar San Francisco and longtime collaborator of Gastón Acurio. Originally from Peru’s Ancash region, López has led the expansion of iconic Peruvian restaurants across the globe, including La Mar in San Francisco, Madrid, and Mexico City, and Tanta in Chicago. At La Mar, he showcases Peru’s multicultural flavors with dishes like cebiche, quinoa chaufa, and plancha marina. His cuisine is a vibrant tribute to Peru’s biodiversity, traditions, and culinary innovation.
