• Chef José del Castillo Collaboration, Wednesday, May 30:Lima-based and owner of the famous Isolina Taberna Peruana. Isolina is an authentic homage to the spirit and flavors of traditional Peruvian taverns from the past. Inspired by home-cooked meals and forgotten recipes tucked away in old notebooks, it’s a place that revives culinary traditions.

• Chef Juan Manuel Umbert & Chef Janice Buraschi Collaboration, Wednesday, June 26: We welcome the duo behind PASTA—Juan Manuel Umbert and Janice Buraschi—two talented Peruvians known for elevating traditional Italian cuisine through precise technique and a deep respect for quality ingredients. At their restaurant, pasta takes center stage. Their dishes are soulful, seasonal, and rooted in simplicity, celebrating the elegance of Italian cooking with a modern, refined touch.
